Soft skills of the future

Which soft skills will be needed in companies in the future?

There are countless sources on the Internet with articles, listings and evaluations. I have collected the soft skills that are considered important in the future and assigned them to competence groups. Even at this early stage, it is noticeable that a remarkable number of sources mention "social skills" in general as a group, while other soft skills are specifically named and assigned to competence groups: personal, methodical or communicative skills.

In order to build a bridge to the work with the core of the being (AMW), I have assigned each individual soft skill to the original human qualities defined by me: standing, strength, feeling, clarity and expression. These in turn are assigned to the levels of being and the location in the body.
It is now noticeable that the larger part of the soft skills needed in the future can be assigned to the human base (standing, strength) and the heart (feeling) and only a small part to the head (clarity, expression).

The interpersonal skills, i.e. the competence in dealing with other people (soft skills), develop from the original human qualities. These are present in every human being, but often not really accessible. With the help of the work with the core of the being, these original qualities can be brought out again in the person, brought into experience, deeply anchored and then become effective for e.g. a company.
